How does it work?

Registration is quick, easy and free. All you need is an e-mail address. Once you have clicked the register button, you will be led through the process.

1. Login/Register

Sign up by clicking this link: login/register.

2. Buy credits

To chat with coaches, consultants and teachers, you need credits. There are multiple credit packages available. You're able to buy these packages through multiple payment methods. After payment, the credit amount will appear next to the € sign on your personal account. 

3. Choose a coach

On the home page, you will find the coaches, consultants and teachers that are available for chat. The coaches that are currently online, will appear at the top of the list. The filter enables you to search for coaches, consultants and teachers with a particular expertise.  

4. Chat or e-mail

Chat right away with one of the coaches, consultants and teachers that are currently available.

Chatting is based on pay-per-minute. The rate per minute is €1,- (this equals 1 credit per minute). Once you as well as the coach have sent a message, the rate for the first minute will be transferred from your wallet into the wallet of the coach.
