By registering via the " Registration Form Coach" you have agreed to the General Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct and PaymentTerms for Coaches, Teachers and Consultants.
Noting
24coach.online is a platform where Coaches, Teachers and Consultants use their own expertise and skills to answer the questions of Visitors via chat.
The services of 24coach.online are limited to establishing contact between Coach, Teacher, Consultant and its Visitors. 24coach.online solely facilitates communication via chat and e-mail consultation.
24coach.online has no control regarding:
The quality, training or certification of the Coach, Teacher or Consultant.
The quality of the advice given
The Visitor's satisfaction with the advice given
That means:
In principle all expertises are permitted, with the exclusion of the activities mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions;
- 24coach.online does not check on training, certificates and quality or expertise of Coaches, Teachers and Consultants;
- 24coach.online does not have a contract of employmentwith the registered Coaches, Teachers and Consultants;
- 24coach.online does not give orders to registered Coaches, Teachers and Consultants;
- Registered Coaches, Teachers and Consultants act entirely on their own responsibility and risk;
- Coaches, Teachers and Consultants do not render any account to 24coach.online regarding their services;
- Coaches, Teachers and Consultants have no obligation to be online in order to be available to Visitors;
- 24coach.online can remove Coaches, Teachers and Consultants who violate the General Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct.
Costs for your personal practice
The costs for registration on the platform 24coach.online are € 12.50 including VAT per month. Registered Coaches, Teachers and Consultants agreewith the monthly fee. This authorizes 24coach.online to collect € 12.50 incl. VAT every first of the month from the account provided. The notice period is 1 calendar month. Cancellation should be done by e-mail to info@24Coach.online.
Chat
The fee for chatting on 24coach.online for Coaches, Teachers and Consultants is € 0.50 per minute including VAT. You are responsible for paying any VAT.
Credit balance
The credit balance represents the value of your accumulated credit. You can access the balance via the button: "View credit balance". 24coach.online pays the total amount (your credit balance) on the 15th of the month following the previous month – considering that your balance is at least € 20 - to the account number known to us. You must enter this account number on your Personal Profile.
Balances below € 20 will not be cashed out. This is added to futurecredits.
