These general terms and conditions ("General Terms and Conditions") apply from February 12, 2019 to all visitors, users, coaches, consultants and teachers ("Visitors") of the website 24coach.online ("Website") (both via computer and mobile devices or any other software application), to the use of all services offered by 24coach.online and to all agreements entered into by 24coach.online for the use of the Website and the services.

24coach.online is not an industry, nor an association or client, but a service and a network for Coaches, Teachers and Consultants.
By visiting our Website you agree to these terms and conditions. 24coach.online advises everyone ("Visitors") who uses the Website or one of the services offered to read these general terms and conditions in advance. 24coach.online can adjust these general terms and conditions over time. That is why it is wise that you read them regularly.

Minors
The services of 24coach.online are only accessible to underage users if they have received permission for this from their legal representative or if it is customary in society for a particular minor of this age to perform the relevant act independently.

Consults
Chatting while the Coach, Teacher or Consultant is offline / online or in conversation is a voluntary choice of the Visitor.
The consultation is completed at the discretion and insight of the Coach, Teacher or Consultant. A consultation / advice that is given by a consultant during a chat is of a completely non-binding nature.
It is not allowed to provide medical statements / advice to the customer. The Coach, Teacher or Consultant is liable for all damage that occurs from giving medical advice or making medical statements!
Refunds, returns and refunds are excluded.
24coach.online only offers a facility with which users can make (chat) contact with independent Coaches, Teachers and Consultants.
Users chat under their own responsibility with Coaches, Teachers and Consultants. Customers are responsible for the chat conversation themselves.
Code of conduct
What is not allowed on Website?
- Insulting and provoking fellow visitors.
- Discrimination and racism.
- Advertise, spam in discussion or comments.
- Linking to illegal sites / businesses.
- Negotiations with the aim of bringing about illegal transactions prohibited by law
- Arranging encounters outside the Website with an illegal, criminal purpose
- Creating duplicate accounts with the aim of taking advantage of discount codes twice or to avoid a blockade
- Posting (or linking to) pornographic and / or objectionable images.
- Using more than one username within a discussion or entry.
- Placing personal information and private material, such as name and address details, e-mails and e-mail addresses, chat conversations and other information not intended for the eyes of third parties within a discussion or comment.
- Placing a URL in the motto. A URL may be added in the personal profile, provided it is not commercial.
- Placing surveys, marketing, study and school surveys and calls (with the exception of editorial items and / or surveys with ditorial permission).
- The use of anonymous proxy servers, so-called anonymizers or open proxies to conceal one's own IP address. Violation of this rule will result in permanent blocking of the account without prior warning.
What happens if you don't follow the rules?
Depending on the nature of the violation(s), the following can happen:
24coach.online can change or even delete your messages without prior notice. You will receive an official warning from us by e-mail. If another violation of the house rules is committed within the time of the official warning, a two-week block will follow. A trial period of two weeks applies after a blockade. If you break the rules again within the trial period, a block will follow without prior warning. If the same rules are repeatedly broken, 24coach.online may proceed to a longer block, a permanent block or even an IP block.
24coach.online can contact the abuse department of your provider, which can eventually lead to the closure of your internet account. When a topic threatens to get out of hand for any reason, 24coach.onlinereserves the right to close it without prior notice.
When you are blocked 24coach.online will notify you by e-mail. If you do not agree with a decision, you can object by sending an e-mail to Info@24Coach.online.
Someone else is misbehaving. What can you do?
We recommend that you behave as you would in everyday life. Sometimes a message is deliberately provocative and therefore intended to provoke reactions. In such a case it is wise not to respond. We make no guarantees
We cannot guarantee that our services will always meet your expectations. We also cannot guarantee that the Website will function flawlessly and / or that continuous and / or safe access to the Website or parts thereof can be obtained.
Liability

Complaints procedure
Complaints about the services of 24coach.online can be submitted by mail to Info@24Coach.online. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect in the service, whereby a period of 2 months will in any case be timely. Complaints must be submitted fully and clearly described. We will strive to respond within 14 days of submitting the complaint. If this is not possible, we will give you an indication of the term to reply within 14 days after submitting the complaint.
Other provisions
If we do not enforce a provision in the general terms and conditions, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce this at a later time or against another Visitor. Agreements that deviate from the provisions of the general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by 24coach.online. If one or more provisions of the general terms and conditions are declared invalid by a competent court, the other provisions of the general terms and conditions will continue to apply.
